I like the shot a lot, but it needs distortion correction. The verticals on left really need straightening and the fence (left) needs to be levelled. Other than that, it nice and sharp and well composed imo.

Aside from what Bruce said, I find that the angle of the shot is a bit high. You've cut out a lot of the foreground and river, which means that the bridge loses its context. Additionally, the horizon, just visible along the bottom edge, is not parallel with the edge, given the proximity, it's immediately visible.
I think this photo woud have been better taken at dawn or dusk, when the sunlight casts more interesting shadows, or perhaps even at night when the bridge is lit up and there are lights coming from accross the river.. I would also have used the widest angle available to me, in an attempt to include the top of the near tower. I think this is an excellent subject, and deserves for you to return to have another go at it, you're on the way to something nice here.
