I like this shot.. You inspied me to get on and do one of my shots tilt/shift that I took last week. I like the effort you went to with the verticals. The blur picks out the cottage nicely, although it looks to me like you blurred an entire layer with a static strength and then picked out the details Nothing wrong with doing that, it's just I think I noticed in a couple of places (between the shed and the house for example) that there was blur where there should have even sharpness with the bits next to it. I wonder if this wouldn't have looked a little better if you'd boosted the saturation and contrast a little? Otherwise, I really like this, well done.
