I went back and edited this shot from last summer... I liked the cloud cover but I still wonder if this is even a quality shot.... thoughts?

I think I'd straighten up the horizon, but I really like the clarity and sharpness of the buildings, and the colors are great. I'd consider shaving a touch off the top if you go back to straighten it.

I like the shot.

The buildings are sharp and the colors are nice. The one thing for me is that when you straighten the horizon (and it needs to be straight) this will place the horizon in the middle of the frame. I think if you placed the horizon line at the upper third this would have been a quality shot.

OK, I updated it. I like the expansiveness of the clouds. When I cropped the upper edge of the clouds or the bottom from the buildings, it looked smushed:

You did a nice job leveling the horizon but the blown out sky top center is distracting to me.
