Reflection with low light

Please comment on the shot.

Sun had almost set and there was not much light.

I used Nikon D90 and 18mm-105mm lenses.
I dont remember much of technical details.

It looks like an interesting building, but those dang trees are in the way. I don't think the blown out sky is helping, so I would crop some of that out. I think the blown out sky has also caused the building and trees to be underexposed, so you might try some PP on that. Did you auto focus? The focus looks sharper in the foreground than on the actual building and the trees around it. I would have tried to compose it so the sidewalk in the lower right corner is not in the shot and I would also clone out those sticks protruding from the water in the lower left part.
