Question Need help please

I know this falls in the rule of thirds but is there to much sky here?

IMO, yes.
I think it would work much better with the horizon line placed at the upper 1/3 (and straightened)

To me, the sky is not that interesting, so yes there is too much sky. If you could increase the contrast or something to make the clouds more interesting, then that much sky might work.

I would also level the horizon.
