It certainly is the critique section, I think someone is confused.
I think what you have is a good start to a photograph, perhaps good foreground interest for a larger landscape, but I don't think it's strong enough to stand on its own. There's just not enough to hold your attention. Maybe revisiting this site at sunset or sunrise, including the rocks with the sea and a bit of colorful sky with a longer exposure to soften the water would finish it off nicely.
