The converging perspective of the lines on the road, balanced out by the line of poles on the left and the vanishing point near the shepherd's head - very nice composition.
Great work - to me it looks like a documentary style here and well executed.

I see on your flickr page the extra EXIF data tells me

Light Source Daylight Fluorescent

and tells me why there is a red colour cast on this image.
Other than that I like this image a lot.

Welcome to DPS, I like the composition well-balanced, but I agree with zenandzen, red colour cast is doing some noise to me
