@krusty : my cam goes down to only f/8. I can get a good shot with that too, right?
And dont even get me started on the cattle farm. You might pass it on the highway within 2 minutes. I was actually there. I spent the first three hours after coming home on a good GOOD shower.

@Jim : Ill sure keep that in mind for my future shots. And i don knw about getting used to the smell, man. I sincerely hope the people who have to work there get used to it though.

Yes, f/8 is generally a good aperture for landscape shots. Your lens should be pretty sharp at that aperture and you'll have some decent depth of field. It is a good thing that you included the road in your shot because it does lead your viewer's eye into the image. That's why roads, rivers, railroad tracks and fences are often used in landscape shots. It's also a good thing you included the bicyclist to give the viewer a focal point. I think your image would look pretty plain without the bicyclist.
