Over spring break i went to SF, and took some pics of the golden gate. I was wondering on any edit ideas that you may have to my it pop better?!

The biggest problem is that the light isn't ideal for a shot of the Golden Gate Bridge. The overcast skies with no sunlight totally kills the color of the bridge itself. The best way to get "pop" in your images is to find or wait for good light when taking the photo.

Nice shot, but the brightness of the sky has caused the bridge and foreground to be underexposed. You could have used a graduated neutral density filter to reduce the brightness of the sky relative to the ground. Other options would be to shoot in the golden hours, try HDR or exposure blending to even out the exposure.
Since you have already taken the shot, a Levels adjustment may help. Levels: Getting the Professional 'Pop' I would clone those things out of the water also.
