Default winter day at the beach

I took this picture as I was leaving the beach here in Kincardine. It was a very windy day with a heavy wet snow falling. In pp I cropped from the left cloned out a sign and did an auto adjust. I wish I knew enough to to be able to ask intelligent questions but I don't.Therefore my question is if I cloned out the blue lamp posts and or the benches would the picture be improved. Any other assistance would be appreciated

I think technically it's a pretty neat shot. I love the sense of movement the wind is creating. You captured that well. I would definitely clone out the bench. It adds a bit of distraction. Also, it might help to up the black point a bit to increase the contrast which will add just a touch of depth.

Hope that helps!

Looking at it larger, I would definitely clone out the light poles, probably just modify the crop to remove the bench and last pole...
While I'm normally a big proponent of levels/white point/black point I don't think I would change it here...the "flatness" gives a sense of the stormy weather and makes it somewhat more "painting like"....But I'd try it before I decided.
