Without really knowing what you want help with it's hard to give you a good critique.
However, here's my take: too much going on and the bird, which is the focal point, gets lost. Try a vertical crop to remove some of the tree on either side.

I agree about the vertical crop. One problem I've had for the last few months is a shortage of mornings/evenings with some nice color to the sky. I hope that ends soon. One thing that I think would really help this shot would be to have some better colors/clouds in the sky.

I like this shot. I agree that a nice sky would help a lot, but that was out of your control. Maybe some PP to add some contrast between the dark branches and the blah sky? I also feel the bird is too small in the shot, so I would like to see the vertical crop or to just zoom in a bit in the current format.

You can do that by playing with adjustment layers. Use the saturation layer to perhaps adjust the hues or saturation

I did like the way that the limbs made formed a vee to the bird in the original,
Here is one with more of a vertical crop and some adjustments in LR. Just can't seem to bring out more color.
