Default Tear these up please!

Hey guys - Been a few weeks since I posted anything. Took a lot of your advice and this is where I am at as far as "skill" goes presently. Let me know what you think!

Can you adjust your post? Did you mean to post in the SYS forum?

# Only ONE new critique request per day(24 hour period) for ENTIRE critique section. Choose your image carefully.
# Please post only ONE image in the thread. If you need to show more, link it to your set. If you post more than one, the other will be deleted at the moderators discretion.

# Please include the following information, if possible, with your image: EXIF info, type of camera, specific questions (What do you think? is not a specific question). A meaningful title, NOT "Critique Please", will also get your post noticed in a crowded section, as well as any additional information you can give about the conditions in which you shot.

I'm not sure? This was the only "Architecture"ish critique area I saw in the forum list?

What do you want critiqued? the shots look like ones that would go up in a real estate listing.

I think these are more suited to the Other category, but my main point was that you're only supposed to post one image for a critique and you're supposed to ask for feedback on specific elements of your image.

And include the exif data.

Look nice, but it appears that white balance needs some attention. Obviously I have not seen the rooms, but everything has a pinky pastelly kinda hue to it.

You have run into the common problem we always have when shooting indoors: mixed lighting. None of the interior lighting appears to match the light coming in from outside. What's worse, the light outside has a bluish cast. Correct for that and your interior will look horribly yellow-orange. I ran the first image through PS and once the white was balanced I could see at least four different light temperatures being used. Hard to create a sense of unity when you have all that going on. This is a huge challenge. You can either replace all the bulbs with daylight bulbs, put gels over the windows, or turn the lights off and use flash to light the room. Those who do this professionally use a combination of all three.
