In general, I don't like putting the horizon in the middle of the shot unless it's one of those water reflection shots. In this case, the foreground is more interesting to me than the sky, so I would recommend only giving the sky about 1/3 of the image. I like that you didn't cut off the boat in this one.

Other than adjusting the horizon line, the only other suggestion I have is to shoot closer to sunrise/sunset when you get the cool reddish/pinkish clouds in the sky. If you had a really cool sunrise/sunset, then you could move the horizon line down and give the sky 2/3 of the image. Good shot, though.

i include most of the sky in this shot because i want to show the blue sky at that moment..that is the truth behind it. The horizontal line is really giving me a hard time in each of my shots. i really have to position my camera carefully in order to get a flat horizontal line. I just align my shot based on the grid in the viewfinder.

Thank you for the comment and compliment.

Perhaps a level for your camera would help you. They look like this: Amazon.com: Manfrotto 337 Hot Shoe Double Axis Bubble Level: Camera & Photo

If not, you can easily fix a crooked horizon in your software

that is very helpful, and the level itself is not very expensive.. I really am not good when dealing with software. just recently learn how to add frame and watermark using photoshop.

I love this shot. I love the colors. I don't mind the horizon line being in the middle because my eye still goes to the boat first, then the beautiful blue sky. Well done.

Thank you djcosby.. beauty is very subjective. It lies on the eye of the beholder
