First off nice shot. I like the picture with the snow.
As for critiquing the first thing I would do is straighten the picture as the church is tilted. Then I would crop out the power lines, pole, stop sign and as much of the road as possible. To me those things as nothing to the photo in fact the road tends to draw me away from the church. Crop from the right side to just get rid of the pole and from the bottom to try and get rid of the rest of the road and in my opinion it will look better. Also you might try a light vignette around the edge to see how that looks. Dave |

I agree with the above poster.
Also in terms of colour maybe you can try tweaking the exposure or the histogram so that the grays become clipped and the snoow thus becomes white. You would need to perhaps copy the sky into a new layer to keep it gray and then merge the layers. Nice shot!
