Default Fishing

Hi,

Its been long for me to be in again to photography and DPS...
IS THE FRAMING GOOD?
anyother constructive comments are welcomed..

Seems a little under exposed to me.

I like the idea of an inner frame off set compared to the outer frame, but you have cut one of the smaller fishing piers in half towards the back, and the horizon on the inner frame is roughly 1/4 the way down the picture, and roughly almost half way down the outer frame. Neither are ideal.

I'm also not sure you needed the inner frame anyway.. The eye is naturally drawn to the first fishing pier and then follows the river.. The inner frame provides a barrier to this journey. I think I'd have left it out and left the viewer to make their own minds up about where to focus the eye..

I like the additional inner framing technique, but I agree with SwissJon about the specific execution in this case. Kind of a neat idea, though.

"Thanks Swiss jon.. i'm sure its under exposed.. it was taken.on the run from moving car.. and i agree with the inner frame...anyhow i liked it and so had it..

The eye is by itself fatigued to the aboriginal fishing berth and again follows the river. The close anatomy provides a barrier to this journey. I like the added close framing technique.

IMO, no the framing is not good....
Buttonizing and framing is almost never good.

I find the inner frame distracting and looks like a gimmick. Your shot is good enough without it.
