Wow.. Well that's what I call Exif data.
Personally I find that there is a lack of subject matter in this photo. It would probably have been better if you got closer to the bridge.

Hi maverick.
2 things first in your post...the image is underexposed and, there's lack of subject . definition. I think this would improve dramatically if the composition, angle of view was given more thought to. This is not apparent from your image. Looks like you were either too tired/lazy to move around and explore viewpoints for what is otherwise a fairly interesting subject. The generic f/13 size also doesnt do any justice, if you went for shallow depth of field, and the bridge was the only thing in focus (which is also too central compositionally) it may have been a world better than this. I'm sorry if this comes off as harsh, but please give more thought before you shoot. and the best composition tool for someone shooting landscape are the legs..and the best lighting tool is the sun. there's nothing exciting about a muddy looking underexposed image where the main subject, if thats what you intended it to be, is obscured by fog! If you have any positive ideas for how you want to explore similar situations, I am more than eager to advise you technically. Cheers,

I would second S_Sanyal's idea of using shallow DOF to highlight the bridge, as it does not stand out too much as it is. I would also recommend not centering your subject. It might help if you could have someone stand on the bridge, like they're deep in thought. Another recommendation would be to use the path leading to the bridge as the foreground interest in your shot.
