Red face i cant decide!

I cant decide about this shot. Does the composition do anything at all? I would love some feedback. Thanks

I'd like to see this shot in Color. I am a huge fan of B&W, but it took me a moment to figure out what I was looking at. I think in color it might be easier on the eye so to speak.

I wouldn't mind the tilt of the shot if the tree wasn't there. Its so far out of plumb that it is a distraction for me. I like the skull in B&W...maybe a different perspective would "do it" for me.

Default my Suggestion................

Hi Buddy,

the shot as well the composition is good actually say great but the B&W made i to lose the point of focus and the photograph became plain in the aspect of point of interest and reduce the brightness thus became sober. why don't you try to leave a part in color thus i will give a great appeal. Hope to see some great photograph on the forthcoming post of yours

cheers

Well it took me a while to figure out what the object is... as they said color instead of B&W would make it easier to identify.

DSC_0104 copy

I was losing light fast, I really didnt feel like the color image worked. It was overcast and the whole thing has a blue haze that I can fix. I didnt want the skull to just jump out, it was my intention to have a person "look" the photo over.

Thanks for all the input! I really appreciate it and am here to learn more!
