Personally I like the blue, but that's subjective.
I like the composition.. I would even be tempted to say the houses are a tad too high... Again, subjective, based on the fact that only their outlines add to the photograph, the black in the foreground adds nothing (literally!) Your focal length appears to have distorted the foreground.. Are you able to straighten that so the roof's provide a level horizon? And a last comment, I would consider cloning out the tv ariels and so on.. I'm not sure they really add anything to the composition.
