Hi friends,
Kindly let me know if the comosition looks good. Any comments/Suggestion are welcome.

Not sure about the composition to be honest, although the valley behind it looks sublime ! Personally I would have removed both the trees and used a telephoto lens to increase compressions, although in this case you should at least move the one in the top right as this un-balances the image and makes it seem cluttered.

I don't think the branches coming into the scene from the upper right are helping the shot. Another thing that strikes me is that the image is way underexposed. I hope you don't mind I made a simple Curves adjustment.
