Post Red Gazebo

Took a shot of this gazebo the other day. It was right off a main road so I had many people looking at me sitting on the bridge fiddling with my equipment as they drove by.

Anyway, I feel pretty good about the photo. I've got the rule of thirds down and did some minor post processing. Any suggestions as to the composition or color? Or anything else you can think of. Thanks you guys the feedback is appreciated!

It's a little fuzzy on the edges at larger sizes, but not-noticeable on the smaller ones.

The color's fine, the red is a nice contrast against the green so no problem there.

My only critique is that the focus of your image is just on the edge of the photo. The line for the right third should run down the middle of your focus, no on its left-most edge. There's too much empty space to the left of it.

Otherwise it's a nice pic.

What if I cropped it some to get rid of some of the plain old empty space?

That works too.

I'd even trim a little off the top as well to bring the bottom third line pass through the middle of your focus. This way the bottom right intersection is right in the middle of your gazebo.

After that I'd go back in time and straighten out that flag

It's a very nice shot. Good eye.
