i appreciate feedback re night photo practice

I would appreciate getting some comments regarding teh composition and quality of this photo. Currently trying to improve both.

Photo was taken on 7 Dec 2010 showing Fort St Angelo across the Grand Harbour, Valletta, Malta whilst the rest of Europe was mostly under snow

Camera Canon EOS 550D on tripod
Lens - Canon EFS 18-135mm focused manually
Exposure 30 Secs
F-Stop F9
