Seems framed just right--love the ess curve of the river. I always wonder what to do about the sky when it's not so exciting but it looks like a natural extension of the hazy distant hills here. And looks like a nice place to be!

The colors seemed pretty muted compared to your waterfall shots, but I see that it was overcast. You've got the foreground interest and the river leading to your subject, but a lot of your subject is hidden behind those bushes along the bank. To summarize, I'd say your composition is solid, but I don't find the trestle an overly compelling subject. I think it would be a nice addition if there was a kayak or canoe paddling down the river towards the trestle to add interest and break up the brown/grey tones that dominate the scene.
