Hi everybody, I've been doing a lot of critiques lately, so I thought it's time again to post one of my own.

Just wanted your general thoughts on colors, composition, and whatever other comments you might have. Thanks in advance for your feedback.

In landscape photography, when you shoot is more important than where you shoot.

thats very nice . i like the transfer from the yellow to the blue . The contrast of the sky to the landscape is stark and really stands out .

Default Photo (On the Ohio) and reply

Man, great colors. I always like how a wide angle makes certain clouds forms recede. What I'm not sure about is the foreground. Should it be darkened, lightened or let as is?

My photo: I got my 1st SLR 6 months ago and was experimenting with getting the star effect out of the sun. Well, got the effect but did I get a compelling image or is the exposure too lousy? Maybe if I've got to ask----that answers my question? Thanks.
