Default Chicago Landscape at Sunset

Shot was taken with a Canon T2i, Canon 16-35mm f2.8 lens, ISO 100, f2.8, 1/8 shutter speed. I rented this lens for the week and ran up to one of my favorite places north of the city. A storm was rolling in as the sun was setting, so the colors of the sky were incredible. Wish I could post a few more of this series. The rest of the stream can be found on my Flickr page: Chicago Skyline

Would love to get comments on composition & color. I will likely crop out the grass in the bottom right, but I like the way the stairs on the right sort of wind their way into the city.

Update: So I did some cropping and touching up. I actually can't find a lens profile that I actually like and for some reason the popular lens I used isn't a default in Lightroom. Would appreciate a few new critiques (thanks for the prior).

I like the stairs, too, but I could do without the line (seam?) running diagonally to the lower right. The colors are nice. I think I'm seeing some lens distortion - some of the buildings seem to be leaning a bit.

I'll see what I can do, hoping the lens profile in Lightroom will help with the distortion as I saw some of that in the sky too. I'll see if I can repost the updated. Thanks for the feedback

Beautiful! The expansion joint and the lump of grass could go. The perspective tool will take care of the converging verticals in about two seconds.
