Cool. Nice shot.
What's your question?

I agree...nice shot. Do you have a specific question? Take a look at the critique forum rules for what should be included in your post. Having that information will help us help you better. And the mods will enforce it.

My fault. I meant to post this in the Share my shots section. I apologize for the mix-up.

Nice shot though! What were your camera settings and the overall technical scope?

Very nice shot...
A couple of thoughts on it:
I think the inside of the boat got a little too hot due to being white...maybe flip it over or lean it away so it's not reflecting back quite so much.
I think you could have used a higher ISO and shorter exposure to eliminate/minimize the star movement. Say ISO 800 and 60 sec.
The hammock in the background detracts from the "natural" scene.

Thank you for your comments and helpful hints, sk66. I've never done this before and I would like another shot at it. I was afraid to boost the ISO, due to the amount of noise that I'd be getting and I didn't think about the reflection from the inside of the canoe. I think I try some shorter exposure test shots to check out composition issues before I try anything for a longer moonlit exposure. Again, thanks for your help!

You're welcome...
You should post more frequently to the critique section....maybe not by mistake next time. We can all use some help from time to time.
