lovely photo. You may want to crop some of the foreground and some of the mid ground plants to give focus to the waterfall itself. The plants kind of take over. A little contrast would add depth as well.

It's better cropped, but a little more contrast would help to take off some of the glare from the plants.

Did you shoot in RAW? If so, I think it would improve the look to bump the exposure down a little.

Default I did shoot this in raw

I went back and moved the exp to -..35 I lowered the saturation a bit and bumped up the viberance in stead. I have been told vib will help the quiet tones and not mess with the tone already dominating in the picture.

Every day I learn something new about this hobby. Whether it is about using a camera, or post-processing. Just yesterday I learned that it is better to use a 16 bit version of the file when adjusting curves, levels or tone mapping. It goes a long way in preventing posterizing and banding. You guys probably already knew that, but it sure got my attention.

That's a nice waterfall. I do agree with the previous comment about the plants competing for my attention. I also would recommend not putting the waterfall right in the center of the image. A circular polarizer will reduce glare off non-metallic surfaces (like water) and give you some more vivid colors.

I'll have to try adjusting the viberance instead of the saturation like you mentioned on some of my shots.
