Any comments on this picture will help me improve on my landscape photography

The sky looks a little washed out. Why did you have such a slow shutter speed and an Av of 32? Were you trying to capture something in particular that might need such settings?

The pros on this site generally do not recommend going to an aperture smaller than about f/11 or f/13 to avoid the effects of diffraction. I was curious why some of the branches on the left side of the shot are blurry, but none of the other ones are? If it was wind, why does it only seem to affect part of the image?
Also, my eye wants to see where the road is leading, so I would prefer that you show the road, as the eye naturally wants to follow its line. If you're going to shoot in the mid-afternoon, a circular polarizer will help bring out the blue in the sky (depending on your angle relative to the sun).
