Default The bridge

Walking around my hometown and took a few shots, this is one of them. Something I can do better. Tell me.

Great shot! The photo immediately invoked a sense of calmness. I'd recommend cropping a bit of the water, but not too much. I also would lighten the rocky area just a little to show a glimpse of the detail without ruining the mood. If possible, I'd slightly darken the water in the horizon this will add to the overall depth of the photo.

Nice eye.
I often find that images like this work better inverted as an "abstract".
To give you an idea, all I did was flip the image and crop.. The crop was to get rid of the distraction and try for a "stronger" composition.
