Default moody alley

Went out the other day just to get out and do some shooting any/all feedback appreciated. id like to know what people think.

That does look pretty good - I'm assuming it was a blue-white gradient map applied over the image.

The same effect, but with more contrast can be achieved by using one layer with a grad map as you have done here; plus a layer with the image as black and white, but set to luminosity.
This maintains more of the feel of a mono image, but with a blue tint.

It can be worth layering up differing gradients; say, a blue one, turquoise one, yellow one and combining them using different layer blend options for a slightly more glossy look.

Split toning can be very effective too; yellow in the highlight, blue in the shadows, is a very popular one.
