Hi! I think the colors are great too. But I do think the exposure is a bit too dark. I'm also not quite sure why you used such a small aperture and then ISO 400 as well. I'm seeing quite a bit of diffraction as the image appears somewhat soft on the larger version. I'm assuming you were trying to get maximum flare on your light sources. I would think you could do just fine with a wider aperture...maybe f/16 or 18 or so. Also, for landscapes use the lowest ISO your camera can muster so you get the best image quality. Using ISO 100 and a bit wider aperture will increase the sharpness of the image. Just my two cents.
Otherwise a pretty shot!

Thanks I was experimenting with the ISO vs Aperture with a lot of shots I usually do exactly what you said with the larger aperture and the lower ISO.
I was amazed I liked this one as much because of that but I loved how the colour came out. I posted a few more of this bridge on my flickr page www.flickr.com/photo/garycphoto. You will see other variations but due to the colours on the bridge changing a lot there all all very different. Here I will post another.
