I think you have done a good job of capturing the ferris wheel colors. However, I do find the partially exposed images of the people moving under the ferris wheel distracting. Since you could not tell them to move out of the way, you can clone them out of the image. You might want to clone out the lens flare in the sky also. Another minor point - if you are going to include people prominently in your image, it's better not to cut off their feet. I know sometimes you don't notice those things until you get back home and can view the image on a large screen.
