It does lack something without a human presence. I think I detect a figure in the far distance. But what would really improve this picture would be one person, or a couple, but no more than that. And ideally they would be clearly visible, not in the far distance. As a New Yorker, I know that you have no control over these things. Also, nice focus, with a 1/30 exposure time. Did you use a tripod?

Thanks for your imput. I am going to reshoot this photo with keeping in mind your suggestions as well as some of the others. I di not use a tripod but I am going to when I reshoot so I can use a smaller aperture and a lower iso and see what I come up with. Again thank you for your comments
