Please let me know if there is anything I can do to make this more crisp and the colors more vivd. Thanks.

To make the image more crisp, I would first try opening your aperture just a bit to something like f/11. F/22 might be introducing some diffraction causing the image to be a bit soft. It's hard to tell without the original. I would also lower that ISO as low as it will go.
Did you use auto or manual focus? As for the colors, maybe try using the "shade" white balance setting. That has a very warm color palette that is great for colorful skies like this. Otherwise you could also custom set the white balance...especially if you shot in RAW. Hope that helps!

This was taken with auto focus. I was hoping the smaller aperature setting would make everything in focus, but I will try the F11 and see how it goes. Thanks for the feedback, I am new at this so I will take all the help I can get!

I would definitely turn off the auto focus and do it manually. Auto focus and landscape photography don't always go hand in hand...especially the wider the lens gets. The auto focus system may not pick exactly what you want to focus on and it's hard to see through the viewfinder whether you have good focus or not until you get home and notice it in post processing. Manual focus (or even try hyperfocal distance focusing...google it) will most likely get you better results.
