Default "so you're from the city,eh?"

Me and my family just went to the mountains of Georgia. In one of the villages I took this quick shot - it's a house belonging to old couple.
I'd love to hear your thought about it- I'm relatively new and looking forward for the advices!

Nice black and white, I like it. What exactly is that house made of?

I think that you did a really good job on this shot. The white door really stands out against the rest of the house. It may even work well if you crop out the window, just at the very edge of it. Just a thought to play around with, though I really like it as is.

I really like this shot too, great tone and texture, and very interesting subject matter that makes your eye spend some time working around the frame. I love the flowers in the window!

I think the square crop formate works well with your composition. The doorway is a tiny bit overexposed in spots, maybe you could try and recover some of the highlights in order to bring it under control.
