Is exposure setting correct to get the milky effect ?
Is the composition of the pic correct ?

It helps to know where your mind set is at. Try asking something something more specific in regards to what you want help with. Look at your photo and decide what you like and what you dont like. Then ask how to refine your image

Hi Milind! Your composition looks pretty good. It's an interesting scene. The best thing you can do to get the silky effect is use a tripod (a must) and have at least a 1 second exposure. I would also use the lowest ISO your camera can muster.

The best way to get 1 second or longer exposure during the day is by using a neutral density filter. These filters darken the lens and force the camera to use a longer shutter speed to get a good exposure without having to venture off to the smallest aperture settings, which could possibly have ill effects on image quality due to diffraction. They sell neutral density filters in different strengths depending how much power you need. There are even a couple variable ND filters out there as well such as this one from Singh Ray, though they are expensive.

Hope that helps!

I really like the waterfalls in this picture, but not much else.

To me, it looks like it was taken through a few different layers of trees and branches. The bush and leaves on the left on the 2nd waterfall seem out of place, it pops out and to me looks like it's a branch that was inbetween you and the waterfall.

Maybe if you had taken it from a slightly different angle, or even closer to the ground to get the pool of water the 3rd fall drops into.

The waterfalls though are excellent, I love them, and I command you for getting such a nice still shot with no tripod.

I think the pots at the top of the picture could be cropped out.

Thank you for the comments and suggestions.

I wanted to capture the water collecting pool at the bottom but the position was not favorable hence in any angle it was not fitting.
