Default Pics from Mt. Fuji

Climbed (most of) Mt. Fuji this past weekend and I didn't take NEARLY as many pictures as I wanted to b/c once I got past the 6th station I just didn't want to stop moving lol In fact, I was so miserable in the morning (after spending the night outside) that my boyfriend had to force me to take pics of the sunrise (since that's what we had suffered to see!). Anywho, thoughts on how I could have made these pics better are greatly appreciated. In particular, how do I get the sun to look like a sun and not just a blob?!

I don't know if you can look at the whole set of pics just from the one pic below, but here's the link to the set (ignore some of the obviously ridiculously framed pics...was just trying to see what it would look like ) Mt. Fuji - august 2010 - a set on Flickr

Both the sky and the clouds look amazing! It would be quite difficult to get the sun to look like a sun as its facing the camera straight on. I am sure some of the senior members here would be able to give you some advice regarding that. Great pic btw.
