Default Sun Rise

Sony a230 Lens 300.0mm Shutter spd. 1/160 sec F7.1
Just gettting started I work grave yards and drive around on the way home to get shots
advice needed

The photo is too small to really study in any kind of detail. As far as the composition goes, I'm wondering if it would look better if the sun was a bit off to one side rather than being right in the middle?

Exposure-wise it looks pretty good. Composition-wise it needs a bit of work. This is one of those scenes where the rule of thirds really helps. If you could move your shooting position so the sun was in the upper left 1/3 and the tree stays in the right vertical 1/3 it would work very well. In it's current position, the sun kind gets confused interacting with the tree...it's in a bit of an awkward position.

Thanks I was wondering if off center would be better thanks for the addvice. Sorry it was so small still on dialup in this backward area Im in.
