Nice image! I love reflections and this is a nice one.

The composition seems pretty good. I think that I would like to see more of the house and less of the foliage on the left, so I might have moved the camera to the left a bit and panned it to the right. Of course not being there I can't say if that would even have worked and that is completely subjective.

The color seems pretty good as well. I like the green and red contrast. I think that you could make the all of the colors stronger, but especially the reds to make them really pop. Sharpness is always hard to discuss with a low-res internet image, but it seems OK.

Having said all of that... I think that the image is overexposed, which is a very common problem with reflections. My guess is that you exposed for the reflection to get nice detail there, but that caused the sky, the windows frames and the trees on the shoreline to blow out. You might try layering two images together in Photoshop to balance the exposure. I think that might make this image much stronger.
