Does it look too processed or should i tone it down a little bit?

It doesn't look too processed to me, it does look dark though.

It's kind of hard to tell. It's very underexposed so all the details are very dark. What did you do in post?

As is, it's a nice shot but certain elements are under/over exposed. If it was shot using raw, I'd be tempted to create two exposures [one for highlight detail & one for shadow detail] and blend them together ... or if you have Photoshop [inc' Elements] I'd try using the Shadows/Highlights tool or the dodge & burn tools.

In this situation I would have either used a graduated neutral density filter while the photo was being taken. The clouds would be less burned out, you'd get more detail from the towers base, and only need a little touch up work to lighten the upper section of the tower. Or/and taken bracketed shots for blend together as a HDR... sometimes its the only way.
