Default Iconic Tower

paris 153-2

Took this shot at night time without the use of a tripod for the first time. Know that its a terrible mistake not to use a stand for night shots but was very restricted by it and I wanted to take this shot at a different angle. Comments and critique please?

Camera - Canon EOS 350D
Exposure - 1/4 sec
Aperture - f/5.6
Focal Length - 18 mm
ISO Speed - 400
Flash - No

I'm impressed- handheld at 1/4 sec. That's pretty steady. I haven't been able to do that since I gave up sniffing glue!

Looks good, nice lighting, composition, and a steady hand.

Thank you RecurrentNerve~! This is the one of I think around 20 to 30 plus of trial and error shots.. Not perfect but just the most viewable within the bunch..
