My main question about this picture is about the contrast. I know parts of the water are a little bright, but what about the picture as a whole. Should I have framed it with more or less water. Also, what do you think of the picture overall.

I think this shot is all about the colors rather than being about the water or plants, etc. The white red green makes me think of a flag.
