Pretty. But I don't think those plants are adding to the scene. They look out of place. I think the fence behind them would make for better foreground interest. The whole photo needs to be straightened. And, lastly, shooting during the "golden hours" just after sunrise and just before sunset will generally produce more interesting photos.

Lightwriter said pretty much everything I was thinking when I read your post. It's good that you included some foreground interest, but I agree that the plants don't really match the rest of the mountain landscape. I think you could have used the fence as was suggested, or use the path to the right which forms a natural line that leads the viewers eye towards the more interesting mountain on the left. Speaking of that, the way your image is composed now, it leads my eye towards the cleft between the mountains, not to the more interesting mountain on the left.
I also feel like I'm going to fall over to the right when I view the image. If you are going to shoot in the afternoons, you might want to get a circular polarizer to reduce haze and get bluer skies, just keep in mind the limitations of a polarizer.

Here's the shot I had in mind, using the path as a leading line - Logar valley by *sunyah on deviantART
