Default Bee Flower

Hi,
I like this snap which is with an action(busy Bee). Please tell me about the composition and the colours in the snap

I am not an expert however I will say I like the composition but there is a distinct lack of detail in the flower maybe boosting the contrast would help.

I am guessing this shot was taken in very strong sunlight and it probably overwhelming the sensors.

Not boosting the contrast, you lost the contrast in the highlights...What you need to do if you have Photoshop is to go to the Image>Adjustments>Shadow/Highlights and reduce the highlights.
Then you need to go to Image>Adjustments>Color Balance and for the midtones, remove some green (move center slider to the left) and remove some yellow (bottom slider, move to the right) as well.

Feel free to experiment with those sliders.
That should improve the photo significantly.
