overall not a bad shot, but the landscape doesn't help the image at all. Consider shape, form, swirls etc when shooting clouds for texture and feel. The primary movement in this image is color which is beautiful but there is not much there to contrast with or to complement with. So it tends to fall a little flat because there isn't much in the image to create depth....Use a tripod and lower that ISO and take a longer exposure.....the slight blurriness can be attibuted to the high ISO.

thanks for the input....i was trying to use the tree line for some kind of frame or scale....i did take some shots with only clouds, no landscape, and it just looked like swirly colors that could be anything....and it was alot darker out than the photo shows, which is why i used the high ISO.....i usually stay around 100.....yea, no tripod, as i was just kinda spontaneously snapping....i saw some cool cloud colors and grabbed my camera and ran out the door.....poor planning ....is there any kind of guide line for shooting clouds?....almost like abstract art......thanks again....

Here is a link to another thread on shooting clouds - My best Clouds

In that thread, there is yet another link to another thread about clouds posted by navcom that is very informative.

Yeah, that ISO is too high.
