It looks like the entire image is overexposed. You could just close down the aperture a bit and that would solve the problem. If you are shooting in shutter priority or aperture priority, you could change the exposure compensation.

The non blown out parts don't look overexposed to me. I think the problem is the time of day you are shooting. It looks like this was taken in midday sun and the result is very bright areas and very dark areas - a range that most cameras can't handle. If you can, try and re-shoot earlier or later in the day when the light isn't as harsh. Or shoot on a cloudy day to avoid those hot spots.

Nice shot.
If you crop off the left side (where it is really bright) the image improves quite a bit.
Consider watching for that kind of lighting difference, next time you shoot.
You might also try a ND filter next time.

The best advice is to watch for a better time of day.

Nice job on the softness of the water, that isnt easy to do.

just my 2c's

Hi Peggyjom,

This is a really nice set of falls and you did a great job capturing them. I agree with everyone, the the problem is the light. My preference would be to shoot on a rainy day because you would have soft light and foliage would be wet, which I always feel is nice for waterfall images. Also, I would try a vertical crop.

Hope that helps,

KG
