Question A scenic Forest



C & C Welcome...

1. Is there anything that could be done to improve the composition?
2. Is the picture well exposed or not?
3. Are the leaves on the right hand top a distraction?

I feel the relaxing theme of the photo. You almost got a perect reflection in the right.
Are the leaves on the right hand top a distraction?A little crop would not hurt the composition.

I think that cloning them out might be a better idea, because there isn't much of those trees on the right, and I think that you should keep as much of them as possible. I do think that you should crop out the trees on the left though. They're to dark and don't contribute anything of interest to the picture. More than this, they contrast with the "relaxing theme of the photo" as ricklumpas puts it.

No. I think it is well composed.

I think that it is well exposed, but it seems a little too blue. I wonder if changing the white balance might yeild a little warmer color.

They aren't a huge distraction, but they certainly don't add anything. If it were my image, I would clone them out. I think that I would also clone out the branches on the upper-left side as well.
