I like the composition, although perhaps the stack could be moved a LITTLE bit closer to the middle -- near the 1/3 line. I like the textures of the rocks.

However, I think one thing that's a bit off is that the subject -- the stack of rocks -- is in pretty deep shadows. The other rocks of the beach (?) are much brighter and take the focus. One option might have been to use flash. Alternately, change your position to get the light on the rocks, or wait until the sun has moved.

Also, as a small detail, there's a lot of distortion (visible in the horizon) which you could correct very fast in Photoshop or gimp.

Overall, good eye. Next time, the composition can be fine-tuned!

I like most of the photo, but I think one of its problems is that the rocks start out surrounded by other rocks and then cut through the ocean and the sky. If you had gotten down a bit lower so that the rocks are the main subjeck and they just go into the sky then I think that the picture might have more impact. This would also have the effect of making the stack larger and more imposing.
As well as the issue of the distortion, the horizon isn't quite straight. I know that this is a spliting hairs a bit, but you should make sure that all of your horizons are dead level. I made this mistake once and ended up coming home from vacation once with a camera full of landscapes that were ok, but ruined by skewed horizons.

thank you all for your feedback, i'll adjust the horizon in ps to save what i can in this shot, i agrre that i shouldn't have included the sea in the shot, and that i should have moved the stack to the left... next time
