Default I like that shot.

Canon Powershot SD1200
Shutter speed 1/160
Aperature - 8
ISO - 80
Focal lenght 6.2mm
Shooting mode - Kids & pets

I think I'm getting more comfortable with concept of composition. Could you let me know what need to be worked on. Many thanks.

No replies yet? Okay, here's my two cents. The composition looks fine to me, but there is nothing special about the shot that draws my interest. It's just a guy on a motorcycle. What is the main theme you want to convey to the viewer? The speed of the bike? Perhaps if you used a slower shutter speed to blur the bike, you would have a more engaging image. Or if you had taken the shot from very low to the ground. Just my two cents.

You also could have done a long exposure to show the motorcycle coming around the curve. This would make some nice lines that would emphasisze the curve and placement of the road - one of the better compositional elements of the picture.
In addition, shooting at a later time of day would make the light more interesting, and possibly get more light on the motorcyclist.

I'd be inclined to crop out the grass on the left and some of the pavement on the bottom. That would give a little more focus to the motorcycle and have a little less "dead" space.
