Hi Vering,

Interesting shot...sort of looks like a painting which is not a bad thing. It would be helpful to include your EXIF when you submit for critique. There are some handy posting rules at the top of each critique subsection.

Is this film border some new twist to presentation...I am not familiar with this look. Perhaps you could explain that a bit.

Also, it is really helpful to pose questions about the photo you submit. This enables the person critiquing to hone in on what you have already analyzed a bit.

Interesting shot! It seems as though a good amount of post processing went into this photo am I correct? What exactly did you do to achieve this look?

Thank you both for your postings - this is only my 2nd posting so im still learning and i will read the forum rules before my next posting
This photo critique is new to me, actually posting pictures on the web is new also, and i properly wouldn't have startet if it wasn't for the camera competition .. but im glad i did, it's fun

For the Film border im using one of Andreas Borders from this site http://www.atncentral.com/download.htm#Frames
For the post processing i´ve only applied the 300 preset for Adobe Lightroom - If your not using AL i would highly recommend it - and then also check out this site

I do have a larger image here
