A Sunset for Two - First DSLR Shot

Hello This is from the first shootout with my new Canon 500D / T1i. I would like to hear critics about almost everything, color / composition / the two small boats that I didn't crop on the left....

I wish I was able to release the shutter split second before, just to have the sun aligned between the two

I would crop it tighter on the right and top. The boats on the left don't bother me.

I used eliptical tool to move the sun between the 2 then cleaned up a bit using the clone tool. Click on image to view larger...
